just purchased a roku ultra

just purchased a roku ultra. what a piece of crap. i plugged in the hdmi cord, i plugged into tv. I plugged in power cord to back of unit and plugged that into the wall. I hooked up a cat 6 internet cable to box, i paired the remote to the unit and i never got the roku screen on my tv so i could finish setting it up.]
i checked and my lg 60uh8500 does have hdcp 2.2 as it is a 4k tv. nothing seems to help. Spent hours and still nothing. I even let the remote charge overnight and tried it all again. Not worth the hassle.
