Can BIT Che be installed in Visa Ultimate

Recently I switched my OS to Vista Ultimate, can BIt Che installed in Vista Ultimate? Please advise.

I am unable to install Bit Che in Vi sta Ultimate, when I click on download the system is downloading the same but after download it did not run the application and I couldn't find the downloaded file in my system. Please help me.
