The best site for emulators is Zophar.net I've been going there since middle school, one of the oldest continuously running websites out there.

How do you do for found roms with Zophar's Domain ?
I've create an account and don't know where to found them...

They don't have ROM's there, just emulators. I recommend getting emulators from Zophar's, and then finding the ROM's with torrents or other sites (I mostly get ROM's from torrents)
