Has anyone followed the crypto situation in El Salvador? I’m curious how companies there actually operate legally after the country made Bitcoin an official currency.

That’s a good question. El Salvador was the first to take such a bold step, but the legal side is not as simple as just accepting Bitcoin. Businesses still have to comply with licensing, reporting, and compliance requirements. I found an article at
https://thenoodlemagazine.net/the-legal-framework-for-crypto-companies-in-el-salvador/
that explains the legal framework in detail. It shows how regulations are structured, what companies need to register, and how authorities try to balance innovation with consumer protection
