How do I find a job abroad without wasting time on outdated or sketchy listings?

Even here in my own country, it's not always clear whether an employer is reliable or not. There are lots of cases where people make mistakes, end up with a bad job, or even have awful experiences where employers don't follow any labor laws at all. And when it comes to looking for a job abroad, it’s even more complicated. I want to give it a try, but my uncertainty is holding me back.

--- Quote from: Nicolas ---Well, this isn’t really uncertainty, more like a pretty justified fear. If I had to look for a job abroad, I’d probably use some international job platforms. I’m sure there are plenty of them. Something big and reputable, so I wouldn’t have problems.

Actually, that's a great option. I don't know how you search for jobs in your own country, but I use various trusted platforms because in my field, I don't have any contacts who could recommend me something. When it comes to looking for jobs abroad, I've heard good reviews about Layboard, saying that the job listings are often updated, you can filter jobs by type and location, and easily get all the available information about the employer or company so there's no doubt.
