Ducatti:
Good plumbers are always helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had to call an electrician since moving to Seattle, but the plumbing breaks all the time. There’s always something to check or replace.

Totally agree plumbing issues pop up way more than you’d think, especially if your system’s older. After a couple of messy clogs and some sketchy backups in my backyard drain line, I realized it was time to stop patching and start replacing. I ended up going with an SDR 35 drain pipe setup, and ordered everything through pireys.com. Gotta say, I’m genuinely impressed. The pipe was sturdy, lightweight, and easy to install (even my plumber commented on the quality). It’s been months now, and not a single issue no slow drains, no weird smells, just smooth flow.
