FAQ....Anti Virus stating Virus with Bit Che??

Hi there i too am having the same problems as others here with norton .Not here to moan about it but just to say that i have tried the possible fix of turning norton off getting rid of bit che then running the registery cleaner.Reinstalling bitche adding it to norton exceptions .But the moment norton goes back on it remove bitche.

Ive used bit che for so long i cant do witout it if anyone else has any other ideas ill be greatefull i know i could get rid of norton but rather not but its looking likely may be the only option.

Anyway keep up good work when nortons not restricting it the program works a dream

1) Operating system version
2) You regestry cleaner software manufacture
3) What version of Norton do you have

And well see what we can do !!

norton 2009 (last norton was never a problem lol)

In case Chip hasn't submitted anything to Norton, I just did.....
After making the False positive submission I was given this message:
