I was wondering if it would be a good idea to rebuild Bit Che using Adobe AIR

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to rebuild Bit Che using Adobe AIR as AIR is extremely easy to work with and would also allow for it to run on Mac OS  X and linux with out any changes needing to be made to the program
