Forceful Rejection

So i'm a recent member of the guevara edition and such, but all of my downloads are being rejected with a variation of the message in my title, something along the lines of my request being forcefully rejected. what should i do? is it the music i'm trying to download, my internet, my computer or something else?

That's normally down to a tracker problem. Or the tracker is gone.
