my "Stop" button next to search won't work

Okay, sorry about my previous thread.  This one however I try to press Stop while my Bit Che searches but this just causes it to start searching again as if I pressed the "Search" button although it says "Stop"!   Someone please help??

This wouldn't be much a problem but when I search things and I see it's already came up I want to stop instead of waiting for the entire search result to come through



ps. thaaaaaanks so much for this program I didn't even realise it existed and its so so handy, THANK YOU!
