I just wish they would release a real photo to offer closure for some of the other doubtful people. I will trust my government about 90% on this scenario. They can say all they want with DNA testing and so forth but there hasn't been any hardcore evidence released to the public to confirm his death.

I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but you gotta take these claims with a grain of salt.

I cannot think of any way the US can prove, without a shadow of doubt, that Bin Laden is dead :(

well.. everyone dies at some point, so i would rather ask the skeptics to prove that Bin Laden is still alive.

if no one can prove he is alive, then at some point, it is safe to assume he is dead.

however, if no one can prove he is dead, it is NOT safe to assume he is alive. (Elvis)

also, if the President lied to the world and Osama was not shot and killed, then had a burial in the ocean, then.. what? he's still alive and we are faking a huge elaborate scheme that he is dead.. why would we do that? to me that makes the least sense. and again, easily proven that Bin Laden is alive (if he was in fact).

but if he died a while ago, and we are just now pretending that he died recently.. well, he's still dead!

interesting: about releasing the photos, videos, dna samples, everything else they have proving he's dead.

Touche chip, I agree the chances of him being dead are close to 100%. The chances of him dying this past weekend are a little less, but still pretty damn good. Your logic is sound.

gruesome pictures of the other bodies at the compound after the raid..

A 33-year-old Pakistani male has come to Internet fame for unintentionally complaining on Twitter about the raid that resulted in the death of Osama bin Laden. Sohaib Athar, a citizen of Abbottobad, starting complaining about the noise that a helicopter was making on Twitter and it has made him famous. I found this here: Man unknowingly bemoans Bin Laden raid on Twitter.
