I would like to ask you, is cola generally a healthy drink? Which is better than Sprite or Coca Cola? I drink these drinks a lot but never wondered if these drinks are healthy?

Hi, good question. I love both of these drinks, I often drink them, especially in summer when it's hot, I don't know how, but they refresh me. Recently I asked the same question, and found an interesting post: sprite vs coke, they compare these two drinks, I was interested in reading it and I hope it will be interesting for you too. But what I understand for sure is that you shouldn't go overboard on these drinks anyway.
