Timing out on activation

Recently, I had trouble using Bit Che. When I tried to run it, it flashed a message that said

Welcome ".$_COOKIE["bc"

and the program wouldn't run. Likewise, I couldn't access Convivea's site at all. Now I can and re-downloaded and re-installed the prog again. However, every time I try to enter my registration info, I get a connection timed out message and the information doesn't get accepted. What can I do to make sure my software is activated so that I can unlock all of the features?

Got it all cleared up. Somehow, this time it just accepted my registration info.  ;D
