Dimsok:
Have finished russian translation. But not in ansi 1251, not in unicode 1200 doesn't show correct chars in "about" window. Anyway not reason to bother - english version is pretty suitable for me

chip!:
OK thank you sir.

Do you mind trying 1 more thing to help me with the characters..
can you:
1. go to File | Log HTTP Connections.
2. then select only rutor.org
3. run a search for anything
4. go to File | Open App Data Folder --> then go to the "logs" folder.
5. attach the rutor log .txt here..

what is strange is that I setup a Windows 7 "Russian" OS in a virtual machine, and it works for me. I suppose I can try setting up Windows XP as well - -but so much has changed since then, maybe the Win32 API is just different. *shrug*.. will continue to investigate.

Dimsok:
I get 2 log files. Also the screen what i get in rusult. By the way i use win xp english version but with russian regional option. But don't remember that i had the same problem with different apps. Maybe only with some chinese and japanese software.

Also when use portable version Bit Che (settings.ini in the same folder as exe) clicking "open app data folder" doing nothing.

And question: Can it shows in searching results chinese characters? For example when i search in maintracker from web browser with "onmyouza", i can get:

"Onmyouza (陰陽座) - Zekkai Enbu (絶界演舞) [2012, JRock/Heavy metal, DVD5+DVD9]"

But from Bit Che:

Onmyouza (陰陽座) - Zekkai Enbu (絶界演舞) [2012, JRock/Heavy metal, DVD5+DVD9]

Wanted to test the same with asiandvbclub. I had account here some years ago, but now it doesn't work and impossible to register new right now. Normally it should show unicode characters in searching results?
