I either don't have to do anything that day, so I wake up at 3 in the afternoon (after staying up till 7 in the morning) or I wake up 5 mins after I was supposed to set off for something, usually after my subconscious has a fight with my alarm clock and if I haven't put it far enough away, usually manages to turn it off while I remain asleep.
On the rare days I wake up with a bit of time to spare, I immediately need coffee and breakfast, and I sit in front of the T.V watching the morning news.
