Okay.. looks like i am first to dip my toes into the drink...
The fifth... well all i could think of there was the 5th symphony in D Minor written by Beethoven.. however he was born in Bonn Germany.. can't see anything more of the other clues in that one..
Thomas Edison was a child genius.. reported to be deaf until the age of 12.. he was born in Milan Ohio... mmm..
Then there was Leonardo da Vinci.... born in Anchiano Italy.. now let me look at them all.. thinking out loud here.. 3 of my favourite people.
unless... you take the clues from the answers of the clues given.. well... perhaps i have helped someone here or totally confused you even more.. haha.. i will keep thinking. ???

A UK neighbour is France. "bon"=good . Extend the "n".
