unfortunately, you're about 16,000km away :)
cross some water and look a little lower..
oh, and my country is sort of unique since there is no reciprocal nation.

;D I suppose I can Chuuk my answers out the window or Truk my belongings back home. ::)

alright, i'm having a tough time deciding if this is just too hard or its a really good one, since everyone seems to be avoiding me...
so lets just recap the major clues:
Where Am I:
im currently in a city where a potty mouth sneaker ceases with potassium.
the confederacy gives a clue to this country of its continent.
extra clues for the country:
my country is sort of unique since there is no reciprocal or corresponding nation. (while cissie applied a specific clue correctly, she forgot about this extra clue with one of her recent guesses)
the pacific isnt one of the oceans that touch my country, or my continent.
while my country isnt an island, while India isnt very close, Ghandi did became a little passive when visiting my country...
if you havent found my country in 3 years, be sure to turn on your television (june - july).
a clue from the last puzzle has a connection with this one. (a nickname)
"ps, no football fans around, eh??" -- pointing out that there might be a *huge* soccer clue to give away the country that no one picked up on yet.
hint: once you figure out the country, then pretty much word for word, the clues for the city (its a smaller one) match up.
so guys... let me know... are we still in need of more clues? and keep the guesses coming.. ;)

;D Plenty of clues chip, maybe just the different way we all think.lol
Had picked antartica South Georgia which tied in with confederacyGeorgia USA.The symbol "K" for potassium etc.
Now to narrow it down a bit 6,000km would bring me to Brazil(football crazy) also last puzzle.
So if Brazil is correct country then have to find city ;D
Must admit "pottymouth" is not an expression I have come accross. A potty in the UK is a plastic bedpan that your small child urinates into,so I wont touch pottymouth.
cheers

well, i wouldnt worry to much yet about the potty mouth yet, since my continent still seems to be overlooked.. but here in the states we sometimes use that expression to describe someone who might use "foul language"..
although, regarding the city, you did nail another one of the clues... now if we could just get you headed in the right direction over to my country...
and the big football clue might relate to a certain.. event ;D
hope that helps..
texasboy:
;D Right, the only other country that barely comes within the 6.000km range is southern part of africa When I briefly mentioned Namibia I had Windhoek in the back of my mind. Just home a while ago,and will pour a cold one to steady my nerves ::)
cheers
