Where am I?
texasboy:
;D Made a little edit to original clues, The town does not end in "r" as this is only a clue.
To help you a little I can say that a very famous radio station of the 1960`s was based in the country. Not my usual kind of where am I, as even I had to try and remember which town . Been on emmergency duty since 8am and just finished at 10pm. If this one doesnt make too much sense I will scrub it shortly.lol
cheers

so the pronunciation of the word would end in something like ah or a
protect or shield ... to remove from harm..
sorry tex.. this one is way over my head.. can't figure it out at all.
Only thing i could think of with radio station is something to do with the vietnam war, but that's in Asia.. or the Big Bopper but thats US.. so i have no idea sorry.
texasboy:
;D ;D I suppose this one would have been more of a nostalga trip for the older generation in UK and Europe.
Radio Luxemburg 208MW was probably the most popular stations. It played the top chart pop songs very late at night. We all used to hide our little portable radio sets, pretend to be asleep, and then listen to the pops.lol

I`m sure Billy will remember most of this ::)
Anyway back to the puzzle answers.
A very small country= Luxemburg (Europe)
The town is Differdange.
Differ add aint (different)= somewhat odd.
Dange, add an "r"=danger.
Probably wouldnt expect any of the younger generation to get this one,or people outside of Europe. ;D
cheers
