Where am I?

A "flag" is at the end of a pole.Put this at the beginning of "staff". You then have Flagstaff AZ. which is 130km from the Grand Canyon.

The first name of the director of a very famous movie "Blazing Saddles" (see how kind I am ;D) Add on the name of a very recent movie release beginning with the letter B and you will have the identity of my city down under. A newer version will be the Ultimatum. ::)
Not much easier than that. lol

;D Thank you chip. Mel-bourne it is. It`s almost impossible to believe that there are members out somewhere in this vast world that always deviate from the original clues. Maybe I`m too hard on them ::) Still I always enjoy taking the pi*s out of them when they are trying their best ;D
