Okay... I will have a guess even though i am an aussie... my guess is Liverpool.... angry meaning.. bad liver.. and knocking over boddies.. well.. i thought of playing pool.. or billiards.. possibly way off.. but my first try.

how about Pisa?
"pisa" meaning floor (spanish), "floor(ed)" slang for drunk (english).. "drinking" is outlet for anger, after drinking too much, fall over and hit the "floor", knocking his body over, kinda like the Leaning Tower of Pisa ?
