Need some help with activation

Mine's gonna be a fun one.  the recover.php routine finds me, but sends no message.  I had an account on the forums, but could never get a response from anyone about resetting my lock limit, so I tried resetting the account, and now it seems to be in a loop forever awaiting admin approval.  I still have my PayPal information available, upon request.  Original email address, [edit], recent reset attempt to [edit], now this next attempt, with a new registration for [edit].  Can you tell, I run my own hosting server...
