How can i recover kaspersky deleted files?

So, i recently got kaspersky antivirus, and when i executed it, the program started to delete without asking all kind of files in my computer because supposedly they were "virus". I quickly  Speed Test Scrabble Word Finder Solitaire stopped it from doing that, changed the configuration, and unninstalled it to never install it again, awful software that i cannot recommend. But my question is, how can i recover those files, if i can?

I faced bcdboot failure when I attempted to copy boot files from the program. Is it a common issue with kaspersky antivirus or am I doing this all wrong?
