There are some legal requirements that you should keep in mind, for example, flexibility, allowing you to live and work anywhere in Russia without problems and get a Russian citizenship for child. However, there is one prerequisite: you must have a permanent residence permit of the country for at least five years or be a citizen or other foreigner, but registered as an international non-labor migrant with a residence permit; otherwise, your booking cannot be accepted.
