How to limit issues on Intercom

Is there a way to limit the amount of issues showed next to an Intercom conversation?

I want to show only three (for example) and have a "show more" if the user needed to see all.

And what brand of intercom do you have? Just different models have different functions and you may not be able to do anything about it. For example, when I had a choice between an intercom system like butterflymx and bas-ip, I chose the latter because it has a built-in camera, 2 MP. And the first option unfortunately did not have it.

Of course, intercoms have become very cool. The range is also great, as well as manufacturers and brands. I think you will find the one that best suits your characteristics. I like video intercoms.
