Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 - need feedback

Hey everyone, I'm having a hard time deciding on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for my small business. I've never used it before, so does anyone have any experience with it? What do you like/dislike about it? Thanks in advance!

I didn't know about Makini until I started using it for my business. It's been a great choice, and I'm really excited about how it's integrated with Unified API. Thanks for the info!
