I recently started researching textile printing methods and became interested in two popular technologies: dtf vs sublimation (https://www.globalsources.com/knowledge/the-difference-between-dtf-printing-and-sublimation-printing/). DTF prints an image on a film that is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, and is suitable for a variety of fabrics and colors. Sublimation prints an image on paper that is then transferred to the fabric using heat. This method is better for polyester and light-colored fabrics, making the colors vibrant and long-lasting.
