I’ve been hearing a weird squeaking noise every time I brake, especially at low speeds. My car still stops fine, but it’s starting to make me nervous. I’m not sure if it’s just dust on the brakes or something more serious. How do you know when it’s really time to take your car in for brake service? I’d love to hear recommendations for places in Edmonton too.

Honestly, I ignored those little noises at first, but they got worse over time. Turns out, waiting too long can make things more expensive — worn pads can damage the rotors fast. A good rule of thumb is: if you hear squealing or grinding, it’s time for a check-up.

I booked an appointment at brakes service Edmonton (https://drivertires.com/brake-alignment) and they were fantastic. They inspected everything thoroughly, explained the wear levels, and showed me exactly what needed replacing. They even let me keep the old parts so I could see for myself. My brakes feel smoother now, and I feel way safer on the road.
