Title: Not searching, updating scripts, or allowing update to 1.6???

So I used to use the 1.0 version of Bit Che with no problem at all.

Then it just stopped working

EX: Search would display a long list of connections that would slowly disappear until it was empty and said done! w/ no search results.

So then I tried to "Check for updates" & "Update Scripts".

The result was "Error downloading scripts...  Connection is aborted due to timeout or other failure".

So then I donated $5 and downloaded the new Guevara Edition. However, when I tried to register w/ my password the following message appeared.

"Confirmation of your Guevara account had timed out... Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again"

?????????? I'm definitely connected to the internet ????????? Help !!!!!!!!

It really sounds like you have a software firewall of some sort blocking connections. Please disable any security measures you have enabled, or add Bit Che to the white list.
