Antigen tests used to diagnose SARS-CoV-2 do not detect antibodies produced by the infected person, so they are not antibody tests. Instead, antigen tests detect certain proteins (proteins from the virus envelope) and thus determine whether an infection is present. There are different versions of antigen tests for this, which "evaluate within 15 to 30 minutes".
