Although l use AIM, l wouldn't dream of having AOL anywhere near my 'state of the art' PC. They take over yer computer like Norton >:(

l wouldn't use AIM if l didn't need it to chat Gibbler up....he he he.

Oh please, sounds like StopBadware.org is just trying to get in some serious news sites, and failing. These are only minor things and lots of programs do much much worse, I'm not saying it's a good thing. But take the example of Yahoo Messenger, it does worse than that if you don't click the not so obviously shown "Custom Install". I'm not supporting these programs, I don't like the way they act, but if you're installing software from an ISP to use the Web, I wouldn't kick up a big fuss if they added a couple of bookmarks to my browser.
