Whats the exact source of your quote? I mean original reddit article/source?

Have you ever bothered to compare what you pasted with what is implemented already and investigate sites if are woth the implementation?

seedpeer.eu lies with leeches amount adds 15-30 leeches
torrentdownloads.me lies with leeches and seeds
limetorrents ocasionally lies with seed/leech numbers (rare cases)
