Title: problem with login

when I enter the password in bit-che tells me "sorry, your guevara accaunt could not be confirmed, pleease contact support if you believe this is an error... why????  :'(
I registered in convivea and I confirmed the registration, because here I can log in and the program is not it? :-\
please excuse my English but I'm Italian and new forum [tongue]
