Title: MacBook Pro Mid 2012 won't recognize new SSD ?
Post by: JuanMaddox on March 13, 2020, 03:33:24 am
I bought a new SSD, Kingstong A400 after my old HHD gave up and my laptop wont find it at all. I have tried several different things and none of them worked.omegle (https://omegle.onl/) discord (https://discord.software/) xender (https://xender.vip/)

I have a bootable USB but when I try to run it, the "no" sign appears. Disk utility wont find the SSD, netither does the terminal command. Holding the T button only brings me to a screen with a lightning symbol. Holding down the Options just brings up the USB and nothing else. I do not have a adapter to plug it in as an USB to another computer either. I am 100% certain that the cable is working as it finds my damaged HDD. What should I do?

You need to configure your mac to recognize the new hardware. Perform a PRAM / NVRAM / SMC reset.
