I just browsed a quick update on this today. I hope this might interest you all. "The Avengers" just grossed  $1.5 BILLION DOLLARS worldwide. It's amazing how much boost this is to our dying economy.

Piracy for me is one of the reason why this economy got worst. Music files can easily be shared over the internet. There are so much gray lines here. Specially that torrent sharing is popular, they can't possibly control this since they would call it as sharing.

Tests would be done on occasional basis. For me, it will be as needed. Like if you were investigated, then the law can possibly force you to do this. From what I recall, there are no mandated law written yet that force us to do this.
