Help and FAQ / Won't except Serial

   Hi Chip

Yesterday when I reinstalled Bit-Che it timed out on your server, now it is say to get in touch with Customer Service. I have had to install it a couple of times since I got my activation Code and never had any trouble with it? could you please help me here?
