Help and FAQ / Lyft

Hello,  I am just looking for an answer.  I followed the Lyft link and created an account.  What am I supposed do next to get a plus account.  I cannot use the Uber link as I already have an account.  I understand you must be very busy, but if you can take a moment and advise me I would appreciate it.

I am not sure where thi question is suppose to go.  I followed the link for Lyft.  I now have an accout, but how can I get credit for Bit Che Plus?
