Help and FAQ / My membership is not granted yet??

Hi all,
I paid for my membership with bitcoin (coinbase). But due a distruption in the blockhain my transaction was delayed, and not paid on time. The payment time went over due and it was closed. But my bitcoin was in process so I could not stop it, and it paid the transaction anyway. So, in the end I paid for something that I can't get. So I made from everything a screenshot for evidence. I did not get any email or confirmation about this all. And I don't know who to contact. Look at the attachment below. If you can help me out please contact me.
