Gaming / Sensitivity problem!

Hey guys,
I would like your input on something that's bothering me. I'm very competitive when it comes to shooters and what sensitivity I should run. I think I've came up with a theory that the bigger your thumbs are the higher sensitivity you can handle due to increased range of motion. And if you have small thumbs the opposite macbook trade in is true and you should run a lower sensitivity. I've studied that most people who I've seen play high sense tend to have big thumbs while the opposite is true for people with small thumbs. I know other factors can come into play but that's just my theory.
