Quand t’as personne pour t’épauler, faut optimiser où tu peux. Ce qui m’a bien aidé, c’est une solution orientée création de chatbot qui demande zéro compétence technique. Tu construis tes scénarios en mode visuel, tu règles les messages selon les questions, et ça gère une grosse partie des demandes à ta place. C’est pas juste un bot qui répond “oui/non” – ça comprend ce que les gens demandent et redirige si besoin. Depuis que j’ai ça, je passe plus de temps à bosser qu’à taper les mêmes réponses.
