Good plumbers are always helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had to call an electrician since moving to Seattle, but the plumbing breaks all the time. There’s always something to check or replace.

Hey, I’ve been using a Cutluxe chef knife for a few months now, and honestly totally worth it. I found them through this cutluxe knives, and it’s one of the best kitchen decisions I’ve made. The knife came crazy sharp right out of the box, feels solid in the hand, and just glides through everything meat, veggies, even stubborn stuff like squash. It’s got that premium feel without the insane price tag. I’ve had no issues with dulling or rust, and it actually made cooking feel easier and more enjoyable (weirdly satisfying, lol). If you're on the fence, I'd say go for it.

Anyone got recommendations for a solid knife for slicing brisket or smoked meats? I’m tired of hacking away with my old kitchen knife it just doesn’t cut it anymore (pun intended). Something reliable but not insanely expensive would be great.
