Hi, good question. I love both of these drinks, I often drink them, especially in summer when it's hot, I don't know how, but they refresh me. Recently I asked the same question, and found an interesting post: sprite vs coke, they compare these two drinks, I was interested in reading it and I hope it will be interesting for you too. But what I understand for sure is that you shouldn't go overboard on these drinks anyway.

 Ne pensez-vous pas qu'il est préférable de ne pas résoudre ce problème vous-même ? Vous pourriez vous blesser si vous vous automédicamentez. Consultez un bon médecin.
