General Discussion / Question Regarding Seeders

I love BitChe. It's by far the best I have found. My problem is that when I search for a particular subject I get sometimes (as in the lastest dl) as many as 45 seeders, but when my BitTorrent  comes up it might show 3 or 4. I am just curious as to why this happens.
