Replying to this old thread and I added a new one to the Bitche forum on updated script packs.

How can I verify or even know that the default script is updated by date?

I hit notifications so please give any info on this.

I was a donater to Bitche long ago and have touted the program to others.
The big advantage:  it works outside a browser.

  But I am no coder.  Custom scripts were discussed by users whenever I looked into the forum.

  Can someone say where the most recent default script is or how it  can be obtained and installed?

  I looked at the code and it appears that entries can be modified for extention changes etc.
But it's easy to miss a change that has to be made.

  Are there other search   _engines_    that work outrside the browser perhaps developed in the
larger world  (not necessarily English)?  Not talking about RU but a format like Bitche outside the browser.

I see that the build showing for me is  3.5 build 50

Where is the latest download if not that one?

I was able to edit one of the index entries so it picks up current torrents.  But is there
an older thread or how to do it the right way or add new entries?

I'm new to editing any script data.  I usually just run the default update.
Can someone say where-- where in github even-- newest script pack is and how to
install?  In text please.

I'm doing my own follow up.  As a past Guerilla member I see I can edit the default script
to make an update so I can see my own uploads.  I will follow scripts at the other topics.

Hello Chip,

  I see that my name is still included in members from 2012.  Please say if the old
Guerilla status I had applies to current BitChe.  I'm getting the restricted features
message from an install I had to do after a system failure.  I would like a new
registration code.

My feature request is that places that have changed names or extensions be updated to BitChe. Or tell me how I can add such a thing.  I'm wondering about the private section where sites like the green demon reside. 

And since I had to re-register, is there a premium for 'guerilla service'  or whatever it is called?
I had been a contributing member to Bitche in the past for small sums.
