Let me preface this with a bit more info - I'm originally from Bulgaria but I currently work and reside in Germany. I also like gaming and wanted to preorder Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC, on the Rockstar Games Launcher, to receive the benefits for preordering it on there.
Unfortunately, that seems to be impossible. Upon choosing which edition of the game you prefer and the free game you wish to receive with the preorder, you are met with a popup page which asks you to enter your German ID card number, to identify as being over the age of 18. This is where the problem lies in - as you can imagine, many expats in Germany, including me, don't have such a card so it's practically impossible to identify.
