Yes it should have an interface it just wouldn't work as a command line tool.

I have to have a gui. Command line? Forget it.

Maybe a better interface, although the one it has is fine.

I'm confused, are you saying that at the moment you don't think it has an interface and you want it to... or are you suggesting that maybe you get rid of the interface it currently has?
