Thanks for the heads up.  Fixed Bt-Chat script attached.

I also dug a bit deeper on the TokyoTosho page.
What is giving us problems is Zero Width Spaces http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/feff/index.htm and EN Dashes http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/2013/index.htm

I've tried using Replace on these in several different ways but the posted script above is still the only success I've had.

Also fr333dom.com does not work for me - but noticed redirection to google and strange query on with cursing RIAA when i tried to browse the site so it maybe IP/ISP banned, DNS issue or something like it?

Um, oops?  Bt-Chat is REALLY attached this time.

TPB works find for me.  Maybe they were overloaded when you tried it.

As far as fr333dom goes, I suspect the RIAA has taken them down.  I guess it needs to be removed from BC's list.

About Tokyotosho for me it is not grabbing numbers of Peers, constant 1 Seeder & 0 peers.
Special characters in names are very rare.

Tokyotosho does not list seeders/peers on the results page.  As a work around all torrents are set to 1 & 0 so Bit Che will think the torrent is active and return the hits.
There is no other way to deal with that.

As far as the special characters, the ones still being returned are Japanese (that may not look Japanese).  The special characters that are a problem shouldn't appear at all.

Now tested more scripts, this time for registered people, listing not working:

torrentbits.ro - Edit user account freezes and nothing happens, so bypassed it by evoking Edit user account on another site, anyway script soes not seem to work(on the site i had Login Type: Normal" NOT Secure, so account settings are not interfering) Torrentbits.ro but it is opened very frequently)

bitsoup.org -  Name, seeds, peers, ratio work ok, instead of Size there is probably releases adding date stating i replaced numers with letters (Y/M/H/m/S for year/month/hour/minutes/seconds)
