Does consuming extra virgin olive oil lead to weight gain?
« on: November 16, 2024, 06:28:29 pm »
Trying to eat healthier and include more natural ingredients in my meals. I know extra virgin olive oil is often recommended, but since it’s calorie-dense, I’m worried it might cause weight gain if used regularly. Is it possible to enjoy its benefits without it being fattening?
