Neste momento o registo encontra-se temporariamente encerrado, podendo apenas os utilizadores já registados aceder.

That according to google means "Currently the registration is temporarily closed, and may only registered users already have access."

your script should start something like

guiks.net is now in https version. I tried to modify links in your script but it doesn't work.
