Hello

actually i just formatted my PC and when i tried to activate my Bit Chi it show me this error

" Sorry, your Guevara account could not be confirmed"

" Please contact support if you believe this is an error"

can you please help me !!!

I'm having the same issue.. switched to a new computer and now can't register, keep getting the same message
