That's pretty cool that they figured out an equation to get the max number of connections and that sort of thing. uTorrent does have it's own speed test settings though, I wonder if they use the same formula.

i use du-meter's stopwatch over 10-15minute intervals to tweak the 'upload bandwidth' settings
in utorrent, and tend to use peer review torrents like semiprivate demonoid for faster speeds/steady seeders
to avoid fakes

hi you can also test the speed of your internet connection at http://www.ip-details.com/ here they provide you good and accurate results.

here is a link- go to the zbigz.com. Upload the torrent link there and the site will download the torrent for you. Then you will be able to download the torrent as a direct file. It is fun and great. Saves time and one can download smoothly. Have fun.

i am getting the maximum speed from my adsl connection just by not doing anything to utorrent settings. just limiting the upload value to 5
